Communication between everyone involved is almost completely automated. Complete control

You are at the controls within Extracto's flexible management environment. And no, that's not complicado. The system has been specially developed for abstract handling and contains everything you need (and nothing more) to organize the call for papers process of your conference the way you want. Use the handy checklist to quickly check off all the steps and publish your call for papers!

Your submission form

You decide for yourself which information must or can be provided when submitting an abstract and whether word limits apply. In any case, we take into account multiple authors and organizations, categories you determine yourself, a summary, a conclusion and images. Even receiving multiple paper types (for instance abstract and case report) within the same process is possible.

Who judges what?

Based on category, the reviewers you added to the system can be automatically linked to submitted abstracts. You can also manually appoint an assessor. Each reviewer has their own dashboard, which can only be reached via a unique, personalized review link.

Communication and corporate identity

The communication associated with the various steps of the process takes place automatically via standard notifications. The messages to communicate the results with the submitters you can edit yourself in a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor (similar to Word). Just like on the submission page, there is room for your logo and corporate identity colors.

Reviewing: factors, scale and result

You decide which assessment factors are important. This way, your reviewers know exactly what to pay attention to in their assessment, and if they cannot figure it out, they can let you know from the system. Within Extracto we use a fully variable rating scale and you also determine the possible result types yourself.

Abstract book directly available

Your abstract book is immediately available from the system at the end of the reviewing process. You can download a file for each result route. And if you also opt for online registration or a conference app from Invitado, we can muy efficiently reuse the available information about positively assessed abstracts.
