Personalized registration
The smart form on the registration page at inschrijving.rotterdam.nl contains a number of filters. The prospective lateral entrants' educational profile, experience, and personal interests determine which programs they are eligible for and which sessions they can attend during the information meeting. This results in a confirmation email displaying only the clickable partner logos relevant to the presentations they are attending.
Two birds with one stone
And even more importantly, a personalized program is created, which is printed not only in the email but also on the personalized ExpoBadge. This way, we kill two birds with one stone: registration is very easy for those interested, and the organizers are assured that the sessions are attended by the right target group.
