The Province of Zuid-Holland organizes many events, for which we are the registration partner. Within such a cooperación we like to look for synergy and look for efficiency, for example by setting standards and by developing solutions that can be used for multiple events.

Efficient and yet flexible

In the case of the Province of Zuid-Holland (PZH), we configures the infrastructure of our event app in such a way that the app can be used for multiple events with minimal adjustments. With this multi-event app PZH saves time and money.

Of course there is also plenty of room for customization. For the Festival van de Toekomst (Future Festival), we developed a well-known block scheme for festivals. Participants could register for the various program components directly from this dynamic block scheme. Fully booked sessions (capacity control!) and workshops that overlapped with previously made selections could no longer be selected.

Dynamic block scheme

Easy sign up for sessions

Every festival has one, so we also developed a nice, clear and user-friendly block scheme for the Province of Zuid-Holland. Of course we made sure that the visitors can only select sessions that are still available and that don't coincide with choices they previously made.

On-site registration and badges

Perfect, welcoming and beautiful

Like at many events, we also ensure perfect, welcoming on-site registration and beautiful badges. Visitors who have already downloaded the app in advance can check in extra quick and easily with the Wallet ticket on their smartphone.

Event app

We have it ourselves!

For the Future Festival we developed a multi-event app. This means that the app can be re-used and easily redesigned for future events. Behind the scenes the content can be maintained in a user-friendly CMS. The user finds his personal programs and e-ticket in the app, can use the voting module and has an interactive floor plan at his disposal, so that he doesn't have to get lost in any province event.
