During the tender process, we came up with ideas on all fronts from our many years of experiencia, and the solutions that were put forward were immediately welcomed. And so we went to work. Not for one event, but for dozens of events on an annual basis.
To start with, we built a flex form that can be used for each of these events with minimal adjustments. This way we deliver customized solutions, but then quickly and affordably. Rolling up our sleeves, and not for the poorest events. For example, we took care of the registration for the New Year's reception on Coolsingel, for King's Day and for the ceremonial commemoration of the dead on May 4th.
After a careful security check we are accredited to email from the domain rotterdam.nl. And for the registration forms we can use the domain registratie.rotterdam.nl. And yes, as a company from Rotterdam, we are obviously muy proud of that!
With our smart flex form we can quickly organize the online registration form according to the wishes of the municipal officials. They simply choose the fields they need for their specific event. Each registration website it delivers naturally meets the graphical guidelines and standards of the City of Rotterdam.
We send the invitations on behalf of the City of Rotterdam. For this we have gained direct access to the domain: rotterdam.nl. In addition to the corporate identity of the City of Rotterdam, we also developed a special template for messages to the invitees of the mayor and City Counsil Members.
For the New Year concert of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra in the large hall of the Doelen we had numerous rules in effect for the placing of the guests. There guestlist of the mayor and City Council Members contained several prominent figures and dignitaries, which means protocols will come into play. This was of course no problem for our smart system.
The events the City of Rotterdam organizes are very diverse. We are present for the on-site registration with plenty of scan stations to ensure a smooth visitor flow. If badges are printed, they will of course be set up in the cities corporate identity.
