We've been working for the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra for years now, so we can call them RPhO. In 2018 the orchestra celebrated their 100th aniversario. As the regular registration partner, we play our part at all concerts and for all seats in the Doelen concert hall for which no public tickets are sold.

A sound and stable collaboration
The guests of the business relations of the orchestra can register via our registration system, they are seated by us on the floor plan and also pass through our scanning stations at the entrance of the Doelen concert hall.
When the orchestra's business partners combine the concert with a gala dinner, we not only arrange the placement in the concert hall but also the seating arrangement for dinner. This way we make the registration process for the orchestra, for the business partners of the RPhO and of course for the guests of these partners as easy as possible.

Simple and personal registration
Reliable, stylish and just good
Through the registration system that we set up for the Rotterdam Philharmonic, guests and relations of the orchestra can easily register, both with and without their partner. The registration page is of course entirely in line with the other expressions of the RPhO.

Many concerts of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra are preceded by a dinner. Table buyers book their VIP table online, easily register their guests online and can even make their seating arrangements. Each guests than receives their own unique e-ticket, which they can use to register for dinner at the entrance of De Doelen.

If a part of De Doelen is reserved for invited guests, we take care of the placement. Guests reserve their seat online and receive their personal e-ticket by e-mail. If protocols require special placement, we will take this into account when seating arrangements are made.

Access control
Special guests, special registration
The ordinary concert visitor is welcomed by De Doelen employees. For the special guests we are present with our own registration desk. If necessary, we also print the badges for a social drink during the break or after the concert.
