For the employees of the Province of Zuid-Holland, our event platform Transmisión Livestreams was the Plaza to be for an hour and a half and some extra time. They raised their glasses to the summer with drinks from the party package delivered at home, their current offices. Normally this festive drink takes place in the Provincial House, but this time an online event was organized, for which the familiar office environment was transformed into a studio.

At home on holiday in your own province

The festive program was based on a concept by Aaaaha! and was published in our Plaza for the participants. During the event there were several speeches, a live performance by a band and a quiz about the province. The theme of the event was going on holiday in your own province, Zuid-Holland of course.

The Chat Carousel of Transmisión was used twice, with success! Actually four carousels per round, each with its own type of holiday as a theme. From the Plaza, which was completely designed in the style of the Province, the participants could choose between the different carousels. At the end of the afternoon, our moderator who was on premises published two evaluation polls. The reactions to the online summer drink were very enthusiastic. ¡Salud!

Corporate identity

Full registration process

As a registration specialist, we took care of the complete registration process for the online summer drink via our own systems. We sent the invitation email, a confirmation email after registration and of course the personal participation link the day before the event. With this link, the participants could automatically log in to Transmisión, which, like the registration form and the emails, was designed in the style of the Province of Zuid-Holland.

Polls

'And the next song we're going to play is ...'

The band that played live from the Provincial house used our poll module to determine the next song in the setlist. Participants could vote live on their favourite track. Very appropriate for a summer drink, the home audience voted for 'Walking on Sunshine' by Katrina & The Waves.

The organization used the same module to measure the response to the online event. The online summer drink turned out to be a hit!

Plaza

The perfect hangout for a summer drink

We had set up Plaza within Transmisión Livestreams. Plaza makes it possible to add any content we like. Think of the event program with underlying content pages and bios of the speakers. Just like Transmisión itself, the Plaza was designed entirely in the corporate identity of the event.

Chat Carousel

'You can't stop talking ...'

The Chat Carousel was used no less than twice. Enthusiastically, the randomly linked employees of the Province of Zuid-Holland started their conversations in 2 minute video chats. Chat rooms with 4 summer holiday themes were set up for this event. The participants in these 'speed dates' were free to choose which chat room they wanted to participate in.
