As a registration partner, we have been working for Intersafe for years: we arrange the online and on-site registration of the National Safety at Work Event for this provider of all possible products and services related to workplace safety. During the first internal online training of the organization, we had a completely different role.

Live from Dordrecht

The online participant registration remained, but in this case Intersafe did not use our scanning stations and apps, but Transmisión Livestreams, our interactive online event platform. From a training room in their headquarters in Dordrecht, our platform broadcast a varied program. Some of the participants were present on premises, the majority attended the event online.

We added interaction to the stream produced by René Pouwelsehttps://www.renepouwelse.nl in the form of polls, a Q&A and the closing Chat Carousel. These parts were started by our moderator in close consultation with René and the event manager of Intersafe. It was nice to see the on-site participants closely watching their laptops, afraid as they were to miss out on anything that was happening online.

Online registration

Registration form and participation link

The participants registered via our registration form. The day before the training, they received their personal participation link in their mailbox via our system. This link could only be used on one device at a time, so no uninvited guests were watching. Very safe!

Cooperation between specialists

The AV specialist engaged by Intersafe recorded the presentations. The client's event manager was responsible for the content of the training morning. And we added interaction and ensured that participants could experience the event online via secure connections.

Moderating

Our specialist on site

Activating the polls and program components at the right time, managing the Q&A and answering the questions to the technical helpdesk: our on-site moderator took care of it all. During this training morning from Intersafe everything went smoothly and there was only one participant looking for remote assistance on a browser update.
