Reviews and results

The reviewers are doing their job and the evaluations are coming in. Meanwhile, you can focus on the so-called 'result routes' and prepare the emails to deliver good or bad news to the submitters at the end of the process.

Dashboard, overview and checklist

As you'll see, the dashboard and paper overview have now been updated for the review phase. You can closely monitor the progress of the review process in the admin environment. Meanwhile, the checklist gets you ready for the final phase of the call for papers process, whose corresponding tab is now named RESULT ASSIGNMENT.

Result routes

The first step is to prepare emails for different escenarios (scenarios or routes, if you will). You do this on the overview page via the + button. Advanced users can use TWIG variables within these emails. If you'd like to ask a group of submitters for an additional submission (a poster in PDF format, for example), you can easily add an upload button to the email—no technical skills required. To test a route and preview how your email looks, you can select a paper and send the corresponding result email to your own address.

Reviewers ready?

In step 2 of the RESULT ASSIGNMENT tab in the checklist, you can move to the next phase via the Mark as ready for result assignment button. Do this once all reviews are in and all result routes have been created.

Assign and send!

In the papers overview, you can now select papers and assign them in bulk to the desired result route. It may be useful to sort the list, for example, by score (Total). The grey buttons at the top right of the overview will turn orange once you select one or more papers. Use the first button to link one of the result routes to the selected submissions.

Abstract book and exports

When you select papers as described above, you can download a PDF containing all selected submissions via the second orange button. Several general export options are also available. These can be accessed via the grey button just below the Logout button. Then make your choice.
