With a range of nearly 300,000 productos from 700 suppliers, the Technische Unie is the largest technical wholesaler in our country. More than 100 of these suppliers present themselves at the TU Boot (TU Boat), a floating trade fair that sails to more than 25 Dutch cities over a period of one and a half months.

Registration site and exhibitor portal

At the start of this one and a half month cruise we wave goodbye to our scanning equipment, which stays on board for the entire period. We configure the equipment in such a way that the organization can handle it themselves after our instruction. Of course we are always available for support.

On the website we built for the TU Boat, business contacts of the Technische Unie can register free of charge for their visit to the floating trade fair. In addition, they are free to deviate from the nearest docking place suggested in the invitation. Registered visitors receive an unique e-ticket by e-mail and are given the opportunity to invite colleagues. Exhibitors can easily arrange everything related to their participation via the exhibitor portal we have developed.

1 Extensive sailing schedule

Easy to register

If you are invited to one of the editions of the TU Boat, your registration is linked to a sales office. You will be invited for the day that the TU Boat is docked closest to you. The nearest option is suggested in the registration form, but of course you can also visit another place. The form can be completed quickly and easily. All applications and choices are clearly presented in the back-end that we developed for the Technische Unie.

We developed an informative, sleek website that fits extremely well with this event of the Technische Unie. Equipped with a flexible CMS and of course designed according to the corporate identity. This way, we not only take care of the registration and collection of the essential data, but we are also happy to help determine and optimize the online customer journey.

3 Self-scan

We're always happy to help. Also if you want to do it yourself.

On the Jules-Verne, the large ship of the Constant in Beweging event organization company, we install our scanning stations on the first day of sailing. We roll out a solid 4G internet connection and instruct the hostesses. During the remaining sailing days, they can check in guests quickly and independently and provide them with a badge. Of course we are always available for support.

4 Registration for exhibitors

Stand crews also board easily

For the exhibitors participating in this sailing exhibition, we have developed a portal with which the stand crew can easily be registered. This way the organization knows exactly who is on board during the event. No chance for stowaways!

5 Statistics and reports

Getting and keeping an overview

Multi-day events are nothing special, but the changing locations are of course an extra factor to take into account. 'Under the surface' all data can be consulted by the organization and can easily be exported. This way, they know exactly where they stand each sailing day.
