Do you want to personally invite returning visitors? We can! We import all data that is already known in our system, and send a personalized invitation with a unique registration code or url. You keep a close eye on the conversion in the dashboard. Sending a reminder to invitees who have not yet responded is as easy as one, two, three. We are happy to advise you on the timing of these e-mail messages, and we also like to think along with you about the design and content.
Your visitors register online using a smart and easily accessible form. With their personal login they can always change their input and choices again. Because that is required by law, but also because it saves you a lot of administrative work. And speaking of the law: it goes without saying that the details of your visitantes are in safe hands with us.
You decide how your visitors receive their tickets, or leave the choice to them. They can show a printed ticket at the entrance or an e-ticket on their mobile phone. Wallet and Passbook integration is no problem, of course.
On registration, your visitors can also immediately and easily register for workshops or parallel sessions. If the number of participants is limited, we will activate the automatic capacity checker. Full is full? Or can you anticipate on time and reserve a larger venue when you get an alert that the number of available places is almost full?
Numbered seats or a table arrangement in which connected visitors will sit at the same table? We can arrange that for you! Our flexible system allows you to change the ideal seating arrangement until the doors open. Ideal if the up-to-date registration data tells you that visitors did not show up, for example.
